By purchasing concert tickets in advance, concert-goers will receive discount coupons for the restaurants to use the evening of the show.”

Greg Lawson Gallereum features Lawson’s exquisite nature and wildlife photography created from travels to every corner of the world. In this inspiring setting, The Sedona Guitar Duo, featuring fingerstyle guitarist Rick Cyge and acoustic guitarist & bassist Steve Douglas, will perform their engaging and nostalgic instrumental arrangements of Baby Boomer Classics from The Beatles, Paul Simon, James Taylor, The Eagles, Steely Dan, The Beach Boys and more!

Over the past few years, Cyge, a versatile composer and arranger, has turned his focus to assembling a vast repertoire of fingerstyle guitar arrangements of the music of the Baby Boomer era. He explained, “My approach is to identify the key elements of the song, the melody, harmonic structure and rhythmic style and weave these elements into a solo guitar piece that marries those elements into a single cohesive guitar interpretation.  In addition to his ongoing solo fingerstyle performances around northern Arizona, Cyge performs in various duos around the region including the popular “Meadowlark” with wife, flutist Lynn Trombetta,  Seymour & Cyge, an acoustic vocal/guitar duo and Sedona Guitar Duo with Douglas.

Douglas has earned his reputation in Arizona as a much sought after upright and electric bassist, performing frequently with various regional jazz, gypsy jazz and pop music ensembles and vocalists.  He also has created a trio, Pop Goes Vivaldi, for which he pens classical style arrangements for flute, cello and acoustic guitar of popular songs by artists including The Beatles, Elton John, Cat Stevens and Moody Blues.

The Gallereum in West Sedona is a Greg Lawson global image gallery and museum featuring “old school” photographic equipment and publishing artifacts dating from the mid-century. Join the Sedona Guitar Duo as they stir up some spirited fun with their popular high-energy sound in the inspiring setting.
